The breakfast was really good, with a full English breakfast, and the room was charming and well-equipped. The owner, Frances, offered wonderful tips for navigating London.

Large breakfast and airy room with a convenient decor. Very comfy bed and first-class service. Incredible, good location close to Waterloo as well as Victoria railway station. Also, close to 3 stations into different stations in London or into the Kent countryside.

The backroom was awkwardly accessed, but the experience overall was cozy.
-
missingWrote a review on 18 Novnarrow access
The room had a lacking sense of personal touch, resembling more of a mini hotel than a charming B&B. Access to the backyard room involves navigating through a narrow, convoluted pathway, and daily room cleaning fell short, with limited attention to cleanliness-dust and uncleaned carpets stood out. Breakfast times were poorly communicated, leading to frustrating waits, and the dining area felt more like a cafeteria, lacking any decorum or atmosphere.

A Cozy Escape Just Outside the City
This good bed and breakfast offers a charming ambiance with friendly staff and a fine garden oasis. Enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast with a plethora of options! The only downside was the distance from the main attractions, which required a bit of planning. Worth it for a quiet retreat!

I loved the cozy tea-making setup in my room and the beautiful garden view perfect for relaxing. There were charming nooks to unwind outside, making it feel like a little escape. The only small hiccup was the limited breakfast options on the second day, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 🌷

Pleasant room, pleasant ambiance, with a cozy electric kettle and easy access to an off-site car park, along with a lovely outdoor dining area where I enjoyed a good breakfast with various options including a full English and continental choices.
Everything was good.

comfortable stay but breakfast could improve
The bed in our triple room was comfortable! The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent water pressure. The hotel's garden view.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to expectations.

Character-filled rooms offer a comfortable stay with a cozy tea-making setup, complemented by a good breakfast selection. The charming Victorian architecture adds to the ambiance, yet the limited breakfast options and occasional waits left something to be desired. Accessibility to transportation is a plus, needing only a short walk to reach stations.
