Large breakfast and airy room with a convenient decor. Very comfy bed and first-class service. Incredible, good location close to Waterloo as well as Victoria railway station. Also, close to 3 stations into different stations in London or into the Kent countryside.

The backroom was awkwardly accessed, but the experience overall was cozy.

The room had a lacking sense of personal touch, resembling more of a mini hotel than a charming B&B. Access to the backyard room involves navigating through a narrow, convoluted pathway, and daily room cleaning fell short, with limited attention to cleanliness-dust and uncleaned carpets stood out. Breakfast times were poorly communicated, leading to frustrating waits, and the dining area felt more like a cafeteria, lacking any decorum or atmosphere.
